We are seeking a skilled Fluid Dynamics Specialist with expertise in computational modeling and simulation. You will play a crucial role in the analysis, optimization, and development of mechanical systems. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize advanced fluid dynamics tools and techniques to model, simulate, and improve fluid flow, heat transfer, and other related physical phenomena in various engineering applications.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Analysis and Simulation: Conduct detailed simulations using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software to analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and related processes within mechanical systems, components, and products.
  2. Design Optimization: Collaborate with the design team to optimize mechanical designs based on CFD analysis results, improving performance, efficiency, and safety.
  3. CAD Modeling: Develop and modify 3D CAD models of mechanical components and systems for use in CFD simulations.
  4. Multiphysics Simulations: Integrate CFD analysis with other simulation techniques (e.g., finite element analysis, thermal analysis) to perform comprehensive multiphysics simulations.
  5. Prototyping and Testing: Work closely with testing teams to validate CFD models against experimental data and physical prototypes.
  6. Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of CFD analysis results and design recommendations.
  7. Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure designs meet all necessary requirements.
  8. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fluid dynamics tools, methods, and industry trends to continuously improve analysis accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3 years of experience in mechanical design and CFD analysis. Experience in a relevant industry such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or HVAC is preferred.
  3. Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, Star-CCM+) and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX). In-depth understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation and customization of CFD processes.
  4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex simulation results and provide actionable design recommendations.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
