  • This role involves leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) that meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that quality processes are aligned with these standards and other applicable regulations.
  • They will also be involved in developing and refining policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations.
  • In addition, they will identify opportunities for improvement within IMS and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety.
  • They will communicate adherence to all ISO standards and integrated management system across the organization.
  • Furthermore, the Quality Assurance Manager will implement corrective and preventive actions and ensure accurate reporting to regulatory authorities.
  • Developing change control, business continuity, incident response, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans and procedures is another key responsibility.
  • Regular drills and exercises will be conducted to test the effectiveness of quality control, health and safety, environmental, continuity, and recovery plans.
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will provide training and guidance to employees to ensure awareness and understanding of ISO standards.
  • They will promote a culture of quality, continuity, environment, and safety awareness and compliance.
  • Establishing systems for monitoring and measuring the performance of Integrated Management System is also part of their role.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, evaluate IMS effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement is another key responsibility.
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards.
  • Finally, they will communicate IMS performance to stakeholders.
  • Engaging with employees and management to gather feedback and address concerns regarding IMS implementation is also part of their role.
  • Coordinating external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies is another key responsibility.
  • Ensuring the organization's readiness for external assessments and certifications is the last responsibility of the Quality Assurance Manager.
