Preservation Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, historic preservation, and conservation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on historical sites to identify areas for preservation and restoration.
  • Develop comprehensive preservation plans that take into account local regulations and community needs.
  • Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance on adaptive reuse projects for historic buildings.
Requirements:
