Architectural Technologist Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our architectural projects by assuming the role of Junior Architectural Technologist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive design proposals and presentations that effectively communicate project objectives and outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough research on building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
  • Collaborate closely with senior architects and team members to refine design concepts and achieve project goals.
  • Support senior architects through regular meetings and site visits to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in architectural principles, materials, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or work experience in an architectural firm would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations would be advantageous.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued.

This position offers a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one.
