Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Management Systems (IMS) professional to lead our quality, business continuity, environmental, and health and safety efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IMS in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Align quality, business continuity, environmental, health and safety processes with relevant regulations.
About the Role

This critical role ensures our operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensure IMS aligns with ISO standards and applicable regulations.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with ISO standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within IMS and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety.
  • Communicate and ensure adherence to all ISO standards and integrated management system across the organization.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions and ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and maintain change control, business continuity, incident response, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of quality control, health and safety, environmental, continuity, and recovery plans.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure awareness and understanding of ISO standards and their application within the organization.
  • Promote a culture of quality, continuity, environment, and safety awareness and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain systems for monitoring and measuring the performance of Integrated Management System.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of IMS, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards.
  • Communicate IMS performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with employees and management to gather feedback and address concerns regarding implementation of IMS.
  • Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure the organization's readiness for external assessments and certifications.
