The Emergency Medicine Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to fill the role of Senior Registrar. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a quality team of medical and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care delivery in A&E.
  • Supervise and direct medical officers/senior medical officers on clinical issues related to patient care.
  • Making timely decisions in crisis situations and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Effective communication with A&E regarding management-related issues, especially during night shifts.
  • Reporting important and urgent clinical issues to the A&E clinical head.
  • Liaising with medical and non-medical staff within the department and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the implementation of administrative/clinical policies and SOPs.
  • Providing medical support to team members for quick patient management.
  • Accurate documentation of patient medical information on HIMS.
  • Smooth handover of patients at the end of each shift.

Maintaining a professional and polite doctor-patient approach at all times to understand patients' problems.
