Job Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve business objectives
• Evaluate store and individual performances to identify areas for improvement
• Report on regional sales results to inform business decisions
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits to ensure accurate planning
• Identify hiring needs and select and train new salespeople to build a high-performing team
• Prepare and review budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
• Analyze market trends to discover new opportunities for growth
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions to maintain momentum

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a sales leader, area manager or similar senior role
• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant field

Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
