**Job Summary:**

The Regional Sales Director will oversee sales operations within a designated geographical area, developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, and providing coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand sales reach.
  • Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market.

**Team Management & Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives in the regional team.
  • Set clear performance goals and track team progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness and achieve customer satisfaction.

**Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the assigned region.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals through exceptional customer service.

**Market Expansion & Strategy Execution:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales channels in the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

**Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
