Sales Manager is a leadership role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for the company.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, and minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager in the retail industry.

This role requires excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and make recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor sales team members on effective selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make recommendations for improvement
