Senior Nursing Manager

The Unit Head is a key position responsible for managing a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to patients in assigned units. This role involves overseeing the implementation of International Patient Safety Goals and Infection Control practices, ensuring effective utilization of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and conducting regular visits to assess the quality of care.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses to ensure timely and effective delivery of patient care services.
- Implement and enforce strict infection control measures to prevent the spread of diseases.
- Ensure all medical procedures are carried out in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient feedback and concerns, addressing any issues promptly.
- Report medication-related incidents and adverse effects to relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of medication and supplies in assigned areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred).
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in clinical nursing, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid Professional Nurse registration.
- Possession of BLS, ACLS, and ECG certificates (preferable).
- Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English languages.
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Efficient time management and multitasking skills.
This role requires working independently, exercising creativity, paying attention to detail, and maintaining a positive attitude.
