Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation, optimization and transformation of NetSuite solutions at an enterprise level.
  • Design and implement enterprise-level NetSuite solutions, including complex customizations and integrations with other business systems.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to define and execute NetSuite strategies that align with business goals.
  • Drive business transformation initiatives by leveraging NetSuite's full capabilities to optimize operations and scalability.
  • Establish best practices for NetSuite configuration, security and performance optimization.
  • Develop and implement best practices for system support, troubleshooting and user assistance.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Oversee project planning, execution and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Define and maintain system governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage reporting structures within NetSuite to provide real-time insights into business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in NetSuite architecture, complex customizations and integrations.
  • Ability to engage with executive stakeholders, define strategy and drive business transformation.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional project teams through NetSuite implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to lead and develop a high-performing team.
