Key Responsibilities for Marketing Strategist


About the Role
  • New School Onboarding: Execute new schools onboarding in terms of setting up their branding, communication eco-system, and marketing activations.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement various marketing strategies to increase admission inflow across schools in India.
  • GTM Campaigns: Develop new GTM campaigns involving ideation, content creation, channel planning, and implementation to ensure regular monthly lead targets are achieved.
  • Lead Nurturing: Nurture leads through creation of effective and customized marketing content.
  • School Marketing Teams: Support and guide school marketing teams in their ATL and BTL market activation efforts.
  • Brand Identity: Manage Brand's Visual Identity and representation at various customer touch points and ensure they are audited on a regular basis across schools.
  • Communication Channels: Ensure schools' communication channels (social media, newsletter, website) are effectively managed and audited.
  • PR and Media Outreach: Drive PR and media outreach efforts at school in co-ordination with school communication managers.
  • Global Best Practices: Communicate and follow global best practices by all schools in India Region across various customer touch points.
  • Central Brand Building: Create and manage central India social media handles, newsletter, and other central brand building activities & initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA with specialization in Marketing preferred.
  • Work Experience: 8 to 10 years work experience in related field of Marketing, Branding, and communications.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing domain and performance analytics.
  • Content Writing: Strong content writing skills and experience in handling PR work.
  • Graphic Design: Good understanding of graphic design language, visual identity, and previous experience in creating marketing collaterals from idea to design.
