**Job Title: Product Lifecycle Management Specialist**

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for serving as the system Super User, owning specification and Bill of Materials creation for 140+ live and 200+ legacy products across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management platforms and a strong grasp of product hierarchy, Bills of Materials, and revision management. They must be able to manage hundreds of Stock Keeping Units with high precision and clear documentation trails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain Parent-level specifications, purchasing Stock Keeping Units, Bills of Materials, and key attributes in the Product Lifecycle Management system.
  • Track revisions with full versioning logic across new product development, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes.
  • Uphold global data standards and field-level validation rules; audit for missing, stale, or duplicated entries.
  • Support seasonal update cycles, specification finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management preferred, technical packaging creation, or product operations, ideally in e-commerce or consumer goods.
  • Hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management platforms (e.g., Centric, Bamboo Rose, Backbone, Airtable).
  • Strong Excel skills (lookup logic, data cleaning), familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems a plus.
  • Ability to manage hundreds of Stock Keeping Units with high precision and clear documentation trails.
