Job Title: Lead Visual Strategist

We are looking for a skilled Senior Designer to join our team as a Lead Visual Strategist.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality creative and executive design materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, self-developed.

  • Developing a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materials
  • Building a brand image through visual communications within the region
  • Ensure consistency in visual communication within the region
Responsibilities
  • Convey creative check and supervision for guidelines correspondence of SA region design work
  • Control quality and raise its rate within the region
  • Identify best practices and scale them
  • Identify locally relevant design peculiarities and work closely with the Team Lead on their implementation of global guidelines
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts or a related field is preferred but not crucial in case the job experience is relevant.
  • Work experience in design studios/advertising agencies / global companies as a senior/principal designer for 3+ years
