Role Overview

This position is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who can support our Office Operations Department in identifying growth opportunities and driving initiatives that align with our strategic goals. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, managing email communications, and maintaining efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify growth opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Nurture client relationships, ensuring strong communication and record-keeping.
  • Manage task assignments to team members, following up to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a tidy inbox, prioritizing email communications and tasks.
  • Monitor supplies, coordinate maintenance, and assist with event planning to keep office operations running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Presentation skills, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, gathering and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
  • Time and task management skills, prioritizing work effectively and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar domain, preferably in top audit or tax consultancy firms.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, highly responsible, confident, and proactive individual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time and task management skills.
  • High multi-tasking skills.
  • MS Office (Excel) proficiency.
  • Sound knowledge of tax, accounting, and corporate standards and principles.
