Job Title: Elementary School Administrator - Education Leadership Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled elementary school administrator to lead our educational institution. As a Primary School Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching by monitoring school progress and remaining focused on improvement.
• Recruit, develop, and empower teachers to provide quality education to students.
• Develop a culture of mutual learning, respect, collaboration, and coordination among all school members.
• Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and formal/informal observations.
• Work on teacher quality through demo sessions and constant feedback.
• Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, and displays.
• Ensure effective outreach of teachers and maintain a CV bank at all times.
• Coordinate with HR teams for staff hiring, retaining, performance management, and other HR matters.
• Maintain school discipline and encourage positive character building among students and staff.
• Manage staff leaves and attendance to minimize empty classroom days.
• Supervise the admin assistant in accounts and other matters.
• Ensure accurate management of school accounts and up-to-date documentation.
• Understand TCF policies and implement school activities as per policy.
• Timely submission of reports and documents.

Requirements:
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, Strong leadership and communication skills, Ability to motivate and retain teachers, Experience in education administration or related field, Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
