Senior Finance Director - Transaction Oversight

The Senior Finance Director - Transaction Oversight will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence on transactions, identifying key risks, and reviewing business models and financial projections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough transaction reviews to identify key risks and ensure compliance with approved terms.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Negotiate and structure facility terms to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Review and analyze financial projections, business models, and industry/sector research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and facilitate a smooth transaction process.
  • Interact with clients, other banks, and legal counsel to gather information and negotiate agreements.
  • Supervise the review of transaction documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee the transaction approval and disbursement process to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Ensure timely MIS and regulatory reporting.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in transaction oversight or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful transaction execution and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
