Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to lead our product verticals from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization.

This role involves driving the product lifecycle, conducting user and market research, and translating product strategy into detailed requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with cross-functional stakeholders.

The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Defining and prioritizing product features and functionalities based on user needs and market trends.
  • Collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing teams to launch products and features that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and customer needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketplaces and user behavior, as well as experience with product tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GA4, Mixpanel, MoEngage, and Hotjar.
