Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge web applications. You will work closely with the team to plan new features, gather requirements, and suggest solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and assist in interpreting project requirements, create a functional specification, and determine the most efficient technologies to move forward.
  • Research and improve current coding standards followed by the team.
  • Submit and review technical and process improvement recommendations.
  • Work with the team to plan new features, gather requirements, and suggest solutions.
  • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
  • Manage API integration.
  • Assist in analysis of product models, logical specifications, and specified requirements.
  • Perform complex programming assignments requiring an advanced aptitude of established programming standards and time-efficient methods.
  • Help mitigate significant risks associated with projects, which have a high technical complexity and/or involve significant challenges to the functionality and accessibility.
  • Write clear and concise codes and document them proactively.
  • Manage and prioritize workload between project and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain and modify applications; make approved changes by amending application documentation, developing detailed programming logic, and module updates.
  • Provide support for critical application problems and issues to Junior Web Developers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent degree in the relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Web Developer with PHP frameworks and proficiency in SQL databases using XML and JSON formats.
  • In-depth knowledge of server-side structured programming languages.
  • Exceptional understanding of fundamental front-end languages with expertise in HTML and CSS.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and other JS frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS, Ajax) is preferable.
  • Familiarity with database management systems.
  • Solid understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design and accessibility.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, and experience working with code repositories.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
