We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships and Business Growth Professional to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing partnership strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Familiarity with the education sector, including K-12, higher education, professional development, and lifelong learning.
- Understanding of business development concepts and strategies, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
