Job Description

This is a mid-senior level, full-time Engineering and Information Technology position in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Architecture Lead: Oversee the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions for all apps.
  2. Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  3. Expert Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice on Dynamics 365 capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  4. Platform Customization: Customize and configure the D365 CE platform to meet specific business needs, including workflows, entities, forms, and reports.
  5. Integration Strategies: Develop integration strategies between D365 CE and other systems.
  6. Data Migration: Ensure smooth and seamless data migration into Dynamics 365 from legacy systems.
  7. System Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure high performance and functionality.
  8. User Training and Support: Train users and support teams on Dynamics 365 CE usage and new feature implementation.
  9. Platform Updates and Assessment: Keep up-to-date with new features and functionalities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and assess their potential use.
  10. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Extensive experience as a Functional Architect, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  3. Critical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement workflows.
  4. Implementation Track Record: Proven track record in implementing D365 CE solutions in large organizations.
  5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to translate technical details into business-friendly language.
  7. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
