Senior Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 expert to lead the design and architecture of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solution.
Responsibilities- Lead Design and Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Expert Advice: Provide in-depth guidance on Dynamics 365 capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the D365 CE platform to meet specific business needs, including workflows, entities, forms, and reports.
- Integration Strategies: Develop integration strategies between D365 CE and other systems.
- Data Migration: Ensure smooth and seamless data migration into Dynamics 365 from legacy systems.
- System Testing: Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure high performance and functionality.
- User Training: Train users and support teams on Dynamics 365 CE usage and new feature implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Extensive experience as a Functional Architect, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement workflows.
- Proven track record in implementing D365 CE solutions in large organizations.
We require candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills to translate technical details into business-friendly language, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
