About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The Manager of Solutions Sales will be responsible for:

  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

    • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in both domestic and international markets.

    • Identifying new business opportunities and creating actionable plans to capitalize on them.

    • Conducting market competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position our solutions effectively.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

    • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize revenue.

    • Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Sales Cycle Management:

    • Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with market demands and customer needs.

    • Leveraging in-depth knowledge of the IT industry and our specific domains to provide tailored solutions to clients.
