Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of an Audit Manager. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operational and financial audits, identifying business risks, and developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct operational and financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP guidelines and rules.
  • Identify and mitigate business process risks by developing recommendations.
  • Develop and implement testing methodologies to evaluate control effectiveness and document results.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and develop training plans for junior staff members.
  • Allocate resources and personnel based on skills and schedules.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong background and experience in auditing methodologies and techniques.
  • Prior success conducting external or internal audits.
  • Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable organization.
