About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Reputation Specialist to elevate our online presence and ensure our brand stands out. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building positive brand images.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage Google My Business profiles to enhance our local visibility, thereby boosting our search engine rankings and driving more foot traffic into our stores or websites.
  • Develop and execute guest posting strategies to expand our digital footprint across various platforms and reach a broader audience.
  • Monitor and address negative reviews across multiple review sites, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement and enhancing our overall customer experience.
  • Boost our online reputation through strategic content and review management, including crafting compelling product descriptions, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and soliciting reviews from satisfied clients.
  • Post and manage reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, Yelp, Sitejabber, and others, showcasing our commitment to transparency and accountability.
  • Track, analyze, and report on reputation management performance using analytics tools, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align ORM strategies with broader branding initiatives, fostering a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging ORM techniques, ensuring we remain at the forefront of our field and adapt to changing market conditions.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing online presence and reputation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google My Business, review sites, and guest posting, including familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly, adapting to changing situations and priorities as needed.
  • Experience with reputation monitoring and analytics tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
