Video Editing Role OverviewTransform raw footage into compelling visual stories that captivate and engage audiences.

  • Take charge of creating high-quality video content from inception to final edit, using your expertise in post-production techniques and visual storytelling principles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative visual concepts and bring them to life through engaging video narratives.
  • Maintain consistency across branding and visual style across all videos, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
  • Work closely with the creative team to refine and polish video edits, meeting both technical and creative standards.
  • Organize and manage video assets efficiently, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal downtime.

RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent software) is essential for this role. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is also necessary. Experience with motion graphics/animations is a plus.

  • A strong portfolio or examples of previous video editing work is required, as applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Understanding of video editing fundamentals, including pacing, storytelling, and transitions, is crucial for success in this position.
  • Ability to perform color correction and audio editing is necessary, as well as some experience with motion graphics/animations.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition are essential qualities for a Video Editor.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects is vital for this role.
