Job Title: Digital Storyteller

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Storyteller. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing engaging stories that resonate with our audience across various social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop captivating content strategies that grab attention and drive engagement.
  • Write compelling captions, descriptions, and content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and community feedback in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Suite.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize branding goals and develop creative content themes related to staffing, tech, remote teams, and client success stories.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
  • Strong command of English (written & spoken).
  • Passion for trends, memes, and storytelling that captures attention.
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, and AI tools is a plus.
  • Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Location: Karachi Division, Pakistan.
