Quality Assurance Specialist Wanted

Job Description

Our company seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and execute technology strategy, lead technical teams, and drive software development projects. This role requires strong collaboration skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing technical teams.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team training.
  • Drive planning and execution of software development projects.
  • Act as primary technical liaison with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • At least 2-4 years of hands-on testing experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in automated test platforms and open-source test tools.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, releasing, and providing after-sales QA support for web and mobile application projects.
  • Testing expertise in both legacy environments and newer technology products based on web services and e-commerce.
