Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and audience insights
  • Develop branded graphics and edit short-form videos based on provided footage
  • Manage complex content calendars and scheduling across multiple platforms
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and mentions using the right tone and brand voice
  • Track key performance indicators, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging content formats
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business
  • Proven success in growing accounts and driving user engagement
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual content and short-form video work
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools
  • Familiarity with scheduling/analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
