Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of prospects at various levels. Your experience in pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and opportunity management will be instrumental in achieving sales targets.

This role requires deep knowledge of network infrastructure and complex sales environments. You will establish and maintain active relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and customers to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with projects across the North American market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of successful solution sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • A strong understanding of competitive offerings in the marketplace and ability to counter them.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or challenger sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
