Job Description

As a Trainee Support professional, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new trainees, providing them with necessary resources, guidance, and assistance throughout their training period.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide effective customer interaction
  • Process sales orders and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accuracy and precision
  • Engage in training sessions to learn about services and develop critical thinking skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Accuracy in data entry and documentation is essential
