
Senior HR Manager

The Team Lead HR role is a senior-level position responsible for leading the Human Resources team and overseeing various aspects of HR operations.
Salary: The salary for this position will be competitive and based on experience.
Job Description:
- Recruitment: Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, interviewing and selecting new hires.
- Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and design compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs for employees and develop programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to improve employee performance and organizational development.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement a performance management system to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Team Lead HR will work collaboratively with management and employees to foster a positive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:This role requires a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic planning expertise, and the ability to influence senior management. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of technical recruitment, particularly in the IT industry.
This individual must also be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, architect and drive change, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
