Project Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Management Specialist to lead our team in the successful completion of projects and tasks.

  • This role involves managing a team of individuals to ensure that project deadlines are met and high-quality work is delivered
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise
  • Maintaining accurate records of team progress, providing guidance or support when needed, and communicating project updates to upper management
  • Collaborating with other teams or departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
  • Conducting performance evaluations for team members and providing feedback for improvement
  • Identifying areas for process improvement within the team and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
  • Familiarity with agile methodology is a plus
