We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our sales team at Iman International. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement relationship-building strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
