AI/ML Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, a strong background in Python programming, and a passion for developing cutting-edge AI solutions.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and contribute to our overall AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and its machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

  • Continuously improve and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance the accuracy and performance of predictive models.

  • Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns that drive decision-making.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products and systems.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven portfolio of relevant projects.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
