
Lobby Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lobby Operations: Oversee the lobby area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and aligned with the building's decorum.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely maintenance of all amenities, including the public areas.
- Resident and Visitor Support: Address and resolve resident and visitor inquiries received via calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Security Monitoring: Monitor security operations, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with building rules and regulations.
- First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for residents and guests, offering assistance and information as needed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with facility management to report any maintenance or operational concerns that require attention.
- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response coordination, ensuring all protocols are followed efficiently.
- Departmental Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination between departments to maintain the highest service standards within the building.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily reports on lobby operations, visitor logs, and housekeeping schedules.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of basic office equipment, including phones and printers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to perform various office tasks such as filing and organizing.
