Job Brief:

The Front Desk Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the building's lobby while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and professionalism. This role involves managing the reception area, coordinating with housekeeping and security staff, handling resident inquiries, and enforcing building policies to create a secure and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lobby area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and aligned with the building's decorum.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely maintenance of all amenities, including the GYM, Mini Cinema, Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, and public areas.
  • Address and resolve resident and visitor inquiries received via calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Monitor security operations, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with building rules and regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents and guests, offering assistance and information as needed.
  • Collaborate with facility management to report any maintenance or operational concerns that require attention.
  • Assist in emergency response coordination, ensuring all protocols are followed efficiently.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments to maintain the highest service standards within the building.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports on lobby operations, visitor logs, and housekeeping schedules.
  • Uphold a professional and welcoming environment, enhancing the overall experience for residents and guests.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of basic office equipment, including phones and printers.
  • Ability to perform various office tasks such as filing and organizing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Location: Lahore (Zameen Opal Building Near LDA Avenue)
  • Night Shift: 4pm to 12am (Ramadan timings)
