Job Opportunity

A compliance professional is needed to ensure the organization operates within established guidelines and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.

  1. Develop and maintain an effective compliance system; process, policies, and communication channels for the organization.
  2. Improve the organization's compliance to processes, policies, and standards by conducting regular internal reviews/audits and identifying potential areas of vulnerability and risk.
  3. Assist functional heads (process owners) in implementing corrective actions for resolution of compliance issues and maintaining documentation of compliance activities.
  4. Act as an independent body to investigate, record, and resolve compliance concerns within the organization.
  5. Monitor and coordinate compliance activities across all departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
  6. Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to discuss and report compliance matters anonymously.
