
HR Document Specialist

Are you passionate about HR and looking for a challenging role in document management?
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Microsoft Teams environment to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Assist in preparing and updating business flowcharts to reflect organizational changes and growth opportunities.
- Stay current with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory updates in employment law to provide expert advice and support.
- Collaborate with the 401K portal administrator to maintain accurate employee benefit information and facilitate enrollment processes.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations by maintaining detailed records of benefit plans, insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics.
- Prepare and submit reports for government compliance (EEO-1) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Employee Handbook to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and collaborate with a remote team.
