Job Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documents within the Microsoft Teams environment to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency.
  • Support in preparing and updating business flowcharts to optimize processes, improve communication, and enhance productivity.
  • Stay current on the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in employment law to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain the 401K portal, ensuring a positive employee experience and minimizing administrative tasks.
  • Record and track benefit plans, including insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics, to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Assist in preparing reports for government compliance (EEO-1) to maintain transparency and adherence to regulations, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
  • Help maintain and update the Employee Handbook to ensure it remains a valuable resource for employees, promoting a positive work environment and supporting their growth and development.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply, bringing a fresh perspective and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency, with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Teams is essential, with training provided if needed to ensure seamless integration and productivity.

The ideal candidate will be able to work U.S. business hours, which include evenings and nights, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

This is a full-time position for freshers looking to kick-start their careers, offering opportunities for growth, development, and advancement.
