Financial Operations Manager

Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day financial activities including payroll, invoicing, and transactions.
- Lead a team of financial department employees including financial assistants and accountants.
- Negotiate contracts with external service providers for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and investments.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and minimize financial risk.
- Provide strategic insights to senior executives on long-term and short-term decision making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, executives, and clients.
Staying up-to-date with accounting software and maintaining compliance with financial regulations and legislation is crucial.Requirements:
- Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a finance role.
- Strong mathematical skills, leadership abilities, and employee management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and analytical skills are required.
- Demonstrated understanding of business principles and practices is necessary.
- Attention to detail, organizational, planning, research, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, computer, and multi-tasking skills are vital.
