  • Incorporate cultural inspirations traditional crafts and modern silhouettes to stay relevant.

Collaboration Execution
  • Work closely with the merchandising and product development teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Oversee sample development quality checks and fabric performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for photoshoots catalog styling and campaign themes.

Brand Alignment Innovation
  • Evaluate every collection for brand positioning and innovation balance.

  • Maintain a balance between creativity and commercial viability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
