Mechanical Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Operations Specialist to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan.

As a Mechanical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe operation of the machines while maintaining high quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Setup machines for production cycles
  • Control and adjust machine settings
  • Feed raw materials or parts into machines
  • Inspect parts with precision measuring tools
  • Test machine operations periodically
  • Fault diagnose and repair issues
  • Verify output for any machine-related mistakes
  • Maintain activity logs and records
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
  • Ability to read technical documentation
  • Excellent understanding of production procedures
  • Analytical skills for troubleshooting
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
  • Good knowledge of machinery and measurement tools
  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator is required. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, be able to work independently, and adhere to safety protocols. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
