Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will involve analyzing and automating operational workflows, developing SQL queries and using Python to automate reporting and data processing, and utilizing Google Analytics and other relevant tools for data tracking and insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and automation, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Looker. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Analyzing and automating operational workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Developing SQL queries and using Python to automate reporting and data processing.
  • Utilizing Google Analytics and other relevant tools for data tracking and insights.
  • Creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Developing and managing ticketing systems to optimize process tracking across teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Creating and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Communicating findings in a clear and concise manner.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)

2 - 3 years of experience in data analysis and automation.

Strong SQL and Python skills.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiar with GitHub and similar tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have excellent analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business cases.

Commercially focused and consumer-centric. Demonstrated ability to convert information into clear ideas.

Experience working within the technology industry is a plus.

About the Job
