Project Procurement Specialist (IT Domain)

The role of the Project Procurement Specialist is to produce and issue Purchase Orders based on instructions from the team.

  • Generating Purchase orders for capital projects. Information to create the POs comes from a standard template generated from various officers in the team.
  • POs to accurately reflect the information provided on the standard template.
  • POs to be issued in a timely fashion to the relevant supplier without delays.
  • POs to be raised using standard software provided by the company.
  • It is envisaged that there will be 80 projects per annum that require Purchase orders raised. Typically, there would be 20 purchase orders per project

  • Able to perform duties autonomously
Key Relationships:
  • Property Administrator based in Australia
