Creative Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented and skilled creative designer to collaborate with our marketing team in developing concepts for employer branding campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in visual and verbal design, animation, and videography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert creative briefs into multimedia content for various channels
  • Develop taglines and messaging for communication through creative assets
  • Create visual identities adaptable to animations and video content
  • Storyboard animations and video content
  • Adapt existing marketing materials
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless output meeting project requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification or education in fine arts, graphic design, or communication design
  • 2-3 years of experience in creative design work for a brand
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience in animation and videography projects
  • Willingness to learn and work with AI tools
