Culinary Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Master to lead our pastry department. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional pastries and desserts that exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with our management team to develop new recipes and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

1. Create a wide variety of pastries including cakes, cookies, breads, and tarts
2. Decorate pastries using various techniques to create visually appealing displays
3. Develop new recipes and creative flavor combinations
4. Ensure all pastry items meet high quality standards and customer expectations
5. Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
6. Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry techniques and recipes
7. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space

1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end bakery or restaurant setting
2. Proficiency in creating various pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, and tarts
3. Knowledge of decorating techniques for pastries
4. Ability to develop new recipes
5. Strong understanding of food safety regulations
6. Excellent time management skills
7. Team player with great communication skills
8. Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
