Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector. As a Senior Accounting Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling sales and purchase accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Sales and Purchase Reconciliation: Reconcile sales and purchase accounts, ensuring timely matching of invoices, goods receipts, and payment cycles.
  • Stock Balancing: Monitor and balance stock and inventory, reconciling physical stock with accounting records on a periodic basis.
  • Monthly Closing Activities: Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and assist in preparing financial statements.
  • Cost Control: Review and analyze cost variances, production reports, and pricing structures to support cost control.
  • Internal and External Audits: Assist with internal and external audits, providing all required documentation and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACCA Member or related fields
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, sales/purchase reconciliation, and cost management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
