Job Title:

A Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide remote support services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer software, and possess a basic understanding of internet browsing.

  • Assist with IT-related projects, including data entry and digital research.
  • Provide technology services, such as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Train on company-specific software and systems.

This is a full-time position working evening shifts (6PM-3AM) as part of an international team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Conduct digital research and provide information to team members.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company systems and software.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic understanding of internet browsing and computer software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
