
Virtual Meeting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Meeting Coordinator to facilitate smooth virtual meetings, training sessions, and online events.
Key Responsibilities:- Setup, manage, and monitor virtual meetings and webinars
- Manage participant admission, waiting rooms, mute/unmute participants, and spotlight speakers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues before and during sessions
- Assist presenters with screen sharing, breakout rooms, polls, and recordings
- Monitor chat, Q&A, and participant interactions to ensure engagement and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and guests to ensure preparedness before sessions
- Maintain a professional presence as the host throughout all sessions
- Download and organize virtual meeting recordings and reports as needed
- Provide basic post-event support (e.g., sharing recordings, attendance lists)
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience hosting virtual meetings/webinars or managing online events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savviness and comfort troubleshooting live issues on virtual platforms
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability
- Familiarity with remote work tools and Google Workspace/MS Office
- Prior experience in a VA (Virtual Assistant) or administrative support role is a plus
